Movable Precision scale for colour granule

Würschum has developed a new precision scale for metering granule. This system is installed at company Studer AG in Switzerland and allows for +- 5 g accuracy. The scale moves below 10 stations to enable the additive metering of 100 g to 15 kg from the base colours. Then the batch is discharged by gravity into a sending vessel type COM and then pneumatically conveyed into two concrete mixers. The sending vessel is weight controlled to optimize the pneumatic conveying and the complete discharge.
